Automatic dispenser working principle
Automatic dispenser is on the PCB board where the need for patch position before a special kind of glue to fix the chip components, and then after curing wave soldering. Dispensing is based on the program automatically. 1, tubular rotation out of plastic control; ordinary, digital time controller. 2, dispensing pen tip set fretting touch switch, easy to operate; without air pressure, then the power can work.
Archimedean Drip pump:
1, the working principle: compressed air into the plastic bottles (syringes), the glue pressure into the feed tube, plastic flow through a fixed time, a specific speed of rotation of the screw. The rotation of the screw forms a shear force on the glue, so that the glue flows down along the screw thread. The rotation of the screw constantly pressurizes on the glue so that it flows out from the glue-dispensing needle.
2, Features: There is no fixed point glue dot flexibility. Can be adjusted by software. However, a large plastic drop point, the screw rotation for a long time, will reduce the output of the entire machine. In addition, the viscosity and flow characteristics of the glue can affect its stability.
Non-contact Drip pump:
1, the working principle: compressed air into the plastic bottles (syringes), the plastic pressure into the piston chamber connected to the feed tube, where heating, the temperature controlled in order to achieve the best consistent viscosity. With a ball seat structure, the glue fills the void left by the ball retracted from the seat. When the ball comes back, due to the force generated by the acceleration to break the glue flow, it is sprayed out from the dispensing nozzle and dripped onto the plate to form the glue point.
